1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jiligame5 ("jiligame5," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the jiligame5 online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services available at jiligame5.org (the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any jiligame5 service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility

jiligame5 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to belong to players who do not meet the eligibility requirements — including underage players — will be suspended immediately, and any associated balances will be handled in accordance with applicable law and these Terms.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active jiligame5 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. jiligame5 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. jiligame5 is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jiligame5 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. jiligame5 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify jiligame5 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

jiligame5 is required to verify the identity of its players as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method before your first withdrawal is processed or at any other time jiligame5 deems necessary. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

jiligame5 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your jiligame5 account instantly. Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within one (1) to twenty-four (24) hours, subject to the processing times of the relevant financial institution.

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. jiligame5 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Deposits made from unverified or third-party sources may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. jiligame5 aims to process withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) to seventy-two (72) hours of approval. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and the player's financial institution.

jiligame5 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld if jiligame5 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the jiligame5 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jiligame5 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

jiligame5 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and event-based promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which are clearly stated on the relevant promotion page.

• Bonuses are credited to your jiligame5 account in accordance with the terms of the specific promotion.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• jiligame5 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
• jiligame5 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus credited in error.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the jiligame5 Platform use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results are determined at the moment of play and cannot be influenced by jiligame5 or any third party after a bet has been placed.

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on jiligame5's servers, the server-side result shall be deemed authoritative. jiligame5 is not liable for any loss arising from technical malfunctions, disconnections, or display errors on the player's device.

Players are expected to conduct themselves in a fair and respectful manner at all times, including in live dealer game chat functions. Abusive, threatening, or offensive behavior toward dealers or other players will result in immediate account suspension.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jiligame5 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the jiligame5 Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature.
• Engaging in collusion with other players in any game.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal purpose.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the jiligame5 Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the jiligame5 Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and design elements — is the exclusive property of jiligame5 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any jiligame5 content without prior written consent from jiligame5.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jiligame5 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

jiligame5's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jiligame5 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jiligame5 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.

10. Privacy & Data

jiligame5 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. jiligame5 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law.

11. Responsible Gaming

You may close your jiligame5 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable bonus amounts subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, without prejudice to jiligame5's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.

14. Amendments
